Customer Referral Program - Terms

1. Eligibility. The program is open to active propane account customers of Manito Oil & Propane, LLC whose accounts are in good standing. A "New Customer" is a person or business that has never held an account with Manito Oil & Propane, LLC and is located within our service area.

2. Reward. When a New Customer is referred and receives their first propane delivery, Manito Oil & Propane, LLC will issue a $100 account credit to the referring customer's account and a $100 account credit to the New Customer's account.

3. Timing. Credits are earned only upon completion of the New Customer's first propane delivery. No credit is earned when an account is requested or opened.

4. Account credit only. Credits have no cash value, are applied automatically to future invoices, expire 12 months after they are issued, and may not be redeemed for cash, refunded or transferred.

5. Identifying the referral. The referring customer must be named by submitting the Refer a Friend form, or by the New Customer naming them, before the first delivery. Referrals cannot be added after the first delivery.

6. Limits. One reward per New Customer. Self-referrals and referrals between the same household, business or affiliated entities are not eligible. The referring account must not be past due when the credit is issued.

7. Changes. Manito Oil & Propane, LLC may change or end the program at any time, and may void credits obtained by misrepresentation.

8. Excluded accounts. Wholesale and government accounts are not eligible to earn or receive referral credits.
